Measured performance

Flat in-band response with high-frequency absorption above 65 GHz. VNA noise floor shown for reference.

Insertion loss <0.15 dB typical from DC to 8 GHz, with minimal variation.

Return loss is specified as better than 20 dB typical across the passband.
Non-magnetic by design
HERD-2 is built entirely from non-magnetic materials, so it adds no stray fields to the cold stage. That makes it safe to mount close to the device for both flux-sensitive superconducting qubits and magnetically sensitive spin qubits.
